02 What it is

Automation that ships, not shelfware.

Every automation starts from a specific workflow, a measured time leak, and a target number, usually straight out of a diagnostic. We design around how your team actually works, build into the tools you already use, and run the automation in parallel with the manual process until the numbers hold.

Scope is fixed per use case. We instrument everything we ship, so you can see hours saved against the baseline instead of taking our word for it. If a workflow turns out to be cheaper done by hand, we say so before you pay for a build.

03 Who it's for

Where this pays off.

Automation earns its keep fastest when the work is frequent, rule-based, and measured.

  • A diagnostic, ours or yours, already identified the workflow to automate.
  • Your team re-keys the same data between two or more systems.
  • Support or sales requests wait in a queue for simple, rule-based answers.
  • Reporting eats a day a week that a script could give back.

04 How it works

Five steps to production.

The build stays in contact with real work the whole way. Nothing goes live on faith.

  1. 01

    Scope the workflow

Fix the boundaries: inputs, outputs, exceptions, and the number to beat.

  2. 02

    Design the flow

Decide what gets automated, what stays human, and where the handoffs are.

  3. 03

    Build and integrate

Wire the automation into the tools your team already uses.

  4. 04

    Run in parallel

The automation runs beside the manual process until the results match.

  5. 05

    Hand over and measure

Your team takes the keys. The dashboard tracks hours saved against baseline.

05 What you get

What you get.

Deliverable 01

A live automation

Running in production, inside your stack, owned by you.

Deliverable 02

Documentation

How it works, how to change it, and what to do when an edge case shows up.

Deliverable 03

A measurement dashboard

Hours saved and error rates tracked against the pre-automation baseline.

Deliverable 04

A handover

Your team can run, monitor, and adjust the automation without us on retainer.

06 Timeline & investment

What it costs, and how long.

Each use case is scoped and priced on its own, so you always know what a specific outcome costs before we build it.

Timeline and investment for Workflow Automation.
Phase Timeline Pricing What it covers
Scope & design 1–2 weeks Fixed fee Workflow boundaries, flow design, and the target number to beat.
Build 2–8 weeks Scoped per use case Development, integration, and testing inside your stack.
Parallel run & handover 1–2 weeks Included Side-by-side validation, documentation, and team handover.

Figures are illustrative. Actual pricing is quoted after a short scoping call.

07 Questions

About this service.

Do we need the diagnostic first?

It helps, because it arrives with the workflow already ranked and measured. But if you already know the workflow and have the numbers, we can scope the build directly.

What tools do you build on?

The ones you already use. Most builds wire together your existing CRM, help desk, spreadsheets, and email with an automation layer on top. We only introduce a new tool when the current stack genuinely cannot do the job.

What happens when it breaks?

Every build ships with monitoring, documentation, and a support window after handover. Failures alert a human instead of failing silently, and the manual process stays documented as the fallback.
